Refund Policy

Digital Pattern:  Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Sample Sales: Accessories maybe returned up to 30 days after purchase, with original receipt. Clothing maybe returned up to 14 days after purchase, wtih original receipt. 

Exceptions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to make it right:

• The file fails to download or is inaccessible
• The file is corrupted or incomplete
• You were charged incorrectly or received the wrong file

How to Request Support

Email us at collectivecrochetandknit@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement file, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please Note

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply decide not to use the pattern
• It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your preferred software before purchasing
• Patterns are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed
